Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 working day by our team. Once your request has been approved, you will receive the amount in your bank account within 1 to 3 working days, depending on your bank.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
When a withdrawal is awaiting validation, you can cancel a pending withdrawal via the "Account - Withdrawal history" menu. Please note that you can also request the deactivation of the withdrawal cancellation option by contacting our Customer Service department.
