My transaction was declined. Why? Who should I contact?

If you are trying to make a deposit but your transaction is declined by Adyen or if you encounter an issue with the Adyen payment page, several reasons are possible:

 

• Your balance is insufficient: check your bank account balance and try again

• You made an error in your details (card number, expiration date...): check your information and try again

• You have reached your deposit limit: try again later when your limit allows

• A technical issue occurred at the bank: try again later and contact your bank in the meantime.
